OLAI is not a bank, non-bank lender, pawnshop, insurer or public authority. It does not lend, accept funds, alter credit history or bind an organisation.
2. Verify terms
Rates, APRC, fees, limits, grace periods and eligibility can change. Review the official site, licence, personal offer and agreement before deciding. Calculator output may differ because of rounding and terms.
3. Partner decision
Receipt of an enquiry is not approval. Verification, decision, valuation, contract and service quality belong to the organisation. Complain first to it and, where appropriate, through the Central Bank of Azerbaijan’s official channel.
4. Advertising and links
OLAI may earn advertising or partner revenue. A sponsored link does not guarantee suitability or value. External-site content and security are that owner’s responsibility.
5. Risk
Debt creates an obligation against future income. Do not apply without reviewing the contract, total repayment, late consequences and budget. Seek independent qualified advice if uncertain.
