Consent to personal data processing and disclosure
The specific scope of consent when an application form is submitted.

By ticking the required checkbox and submitting a form, you freely and knowingly agree to the following processing and disclosure.
1. Data
Consent covers the fields entered in that form: name, phone, email, city, amount, term, income/employment indicators, collateral, selected product, note and source attribution. Only submitted fields are processed.
2. Operations
You permit collection, organisation, storage, correction, application review and status handling, secure disclosure to a suitable partner, and deletion or anonymisation when the basis ends.
3. Recipients and purpose
Data may be sent to the selected product organisation or a partner bank, non-bank lender or pawnshop shown on the platform and suitable for the enquiry, only for review and contact. OLAI does not make the credit decision.
4. Choice and withdrawal
Consent is voluntary, but an enquiry cannot be routed without contact data. Withdraw by emailing info@olai.az. If disclosure already occurred, OLAI will notify the known partner; a separate deletion request to that organisation may be needed.
5. Confirmation
The sender confirms the data is theirs, that any third-party data is supplied with lawful permission, and that the Privacy Policy has been read.
